What does "research use only" mean?
All LIVE compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not evaluated by the FDA for the treatment of any condition.
How do you verify purity?
Every lot is tested by an independent third-party lab using HPLC and mass spectrometry to confirm compound identity and ≥99% purity. A certificate of analysis ships with every order.
How are temperature-sensitive compounds shipped?
Our compounds are cold, dry, and lyophilized, so they can withstand normal shipping conditions when properly packaged. Significant heat would be required to denature the proteins. Orders should arrive without significant shipping delays to maintain product integrity.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

What is your shipping policy?
Free shipping on all orders over $200; a flat $12 applies below that. Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same day, tracked to your lab.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns. Because these are medical research products that could be tampered with after delivery, returns are not permitted. If your order arrives damaged, document the damage before opening the package and contact support. Once verified, the damaged product may be shipped back for a replacement.
Who is allowed to order?
You must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher or institution to purchase. By ordering, you confirm the products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research.
How do I access my COAs?
